Your consent
By opting in via the checkbox on our "Request a Call or Text" form — or by texting our business number first — you agree to receive SMS messages from Heelex, Inc. at the phone number you provided.
Message types
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive customer care messages from Heelex Medical. We do not send promotional or marketing-only messages without your explicit additional consent.
Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry and care. On average, you can expect 1 to 4 messages per month. We do not send promotional or marketing-only messages without your explicit additional consent.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier. We do not charge for SMS messages.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. We will confirm your opt-out with one final message, and you will not receive further texts unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy and sharing
We do not share your SMS opt-in consent or your phone number with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only parties who process your text messages on our behalf are our SMS service provider (GoTo Connect) and members of our clinical and administrative team. Sensitive information
Standard SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not include diagnoses, lab results, prescription details, insurance ID numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers in text messages. For any of those topics, please call our office directly or schedule a visit.
Carriers
This service is supported by the major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to opt in to text messaging from us.
